About the Role
As a working student at status C, you will gain practical experience in SAP through real customer projects, focusing on understanding and applying SAP logistics processes, participating in customer projects, conducting application tests, and providing first-level support. You will also be part of a planned on-call rotation with clear compensation.
Responsibilities
- Understand and apply SAP logistics processes, including intralogistics and SAP solutions in real warehouse projects.
- Participate in real SAP customer projects and work directly with clients.
- Conduct application tests for SAP logistics processes to ensure functionality before production deployment.
- Provide first-level support by processing customer tickets in Jira and resolving support cases independently or escalating them.
- Undertake planned on-call duties with clear compensation and agreed scope.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student with at least 3 semesters completed, preferably in fields like Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration.
- Fascination with technology and a desire to understand the interplay of SAP and logistics.
- Proactive problem-solver with a structured approach and the ability to seek support when needed.
- Open communication skills with customers and team members.
- Native-level German language proficiency.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Previous SAP and logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
