About the Role
Drive FactoryPal’s commercial expansion across Europe and North America by focusing on the mid-to-late stages of the sales process. Engage medium-sized and large industrial manufacturers in complex, consultative sales cycles, co-creating tailored solutions. Nurture long-term customer relationships and support footprint expansion within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end sales processes from first meeting to contract closure.
- Engage key decision-makers and influencers across operations, production, and leadership levels.
- Present FactoryPal’s value through product demos, ROI cases, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into active sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in our CRM, updating forecasts and key metrics regularly.
- Coordinate technical validation activities with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
- Work with Marketing to tailor messaging and campaigns for your territory.
- Participate in key industry events and customer visits to drive awareness and develop stakeholder relationships.
- Help improve our sales playbook by sharing customer feedback and learnings.
- Develop relationships with potential partners and resellers to support global expansion.
- Travel to customer factories, approximately 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Several years of sales experience including 3+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, preferably with industrial or manufacturing clients.
- Proven success managing long-cycle deals and high-ACV enterprise contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in technical sales settings.
- Experience selling into international markets, especially in Europe and/or North America.
- Comfortable working with technical buyers and explaining integrations, KPIs like OEE, and analytics tools.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing startup.
