About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire the teams that power Moneris' operations across Canada. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for our operations portfolio that includes class hiring for Customer Experience (CEx) roles, as well as hiring for field services (MFS), warehouse, and corporate operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs, bring structure to the hiring process, and deliver talent that helps their teams succeed. You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that values sharing ideas, supporting one another, and continuously improving how we hire. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, can manage multiple priorities and hiring manager expectations, and is excited to grow within a supportive, continuously evolving team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring process across high-volume and specialized operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, timelines, and expectations.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and be an ambassador for Moneris' employee value proposition and employer brand.
- Assess candidates to determine their fit with the requirements of the role and Moneris' values.
- Manage the interview process, including coordinating interview panels, updating the ATS and providing feedback to candidates.
- Present and negotiate offer packages with prospective candidates.
- Participate in outreach recruitment strategies including career fairs, co-op and campus programs.
- Improve recruitment functionality, efficiency and productivity by sharing best practices and ideas.
- Support talent attraction and employee engagement initiatives, including creating content for our Careers Viva Engage community to engage team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Experience with sourcing, engaging and hiring top talent.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering timely results.
- Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience creating win-win resolutions through integrative negotiation tactics.
- Experience using an ATS to document and manage the candidate journey (We use Workday).
