About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team in Harold Wood. You will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, maximizing in-branch opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business
• Maximize in-branch opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated by the Estate Agency team
• Collaborate with internal teams including Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance, and Sales
• Provide exceptional client care and service throughout the process
• Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities
• Maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers

Requirements

• Hold CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
• Proven experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to provide proof of address and National Insurance number

Salary/Compensations

• £22,000 - £28,000 basic salary
• £40,000 - £60,000+ on target earnings
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months while building a pipeline
