About the Role

The Implementation Strategist serves as the strategic link between customers and the engineering team, identifying key customer problems and finding the right AI agents to automate and optimize tasks. This role also shapes product vision by distilling field learnings into the H platform.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer’s most important and impactful multi-step tasks to automate by analyzing data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to seamlessly integrate solutions.
• Coordinate training sessions to ensure optimal solution usage.
• Build and deliver demonstrations and present results to strategic audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers.
• Technical experience working with AI/ML systems is appreciated.
• Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bias for action—able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements.
