About the Role

This role is within the People Operations team and is focused on delivering efficient, high-quality HR support to the Corporate team. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, smooth delivery of HR processes, and a positive employee experience across the London teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (inductions, probation, performance cycles, offboarding)
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of employee data within HR systems
  • Maintaining and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and practical support
  • Managing day-to-day employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Providing clear, consistent advice to managers in line with company policy and local employment law
  • Supporting documentation, investigations, and outcomes to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Coaching and guiding managers on people processes, policies, and best practices
  • Supporting employees with queries relating to workplace issues
  • Promoting a positive and consistent employee experience across locations
  • Ensuring compliance with UK and Maltese employment legislation and internal policies
  • Supporting audits and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Supporting the rollout of People Operations initiatives and cyclical processes with the Strategy Team (e.g., performance reviews, compensation reviews)
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems
  • Collaborating with wider HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, L&D) on operational delivery
  • Producing regular HR reports and metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence)
  • Ensuring data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Strong operational HR experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Experience managing a variety of HR activities
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or People Operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience handling employee relations cases independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
