About the Role
This role focuses on initiating and implementing successful processes for acquiring and retaining members at federal and state levels. You will analyze member data, identify optimization potential, and develop preventive measures against member churn.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and implement successful processes for acquiring and retaining members at federal and state levels.
- Identify and evaluate reasons for termination and develop preventive measures.
- Analyze existing member data using the available database.
- Proactively identify optimization potential and develop concrete measures in collaboration with responsible departments.
- Manage the co-development and further development of a KPI system.
- Monitor processes and quality.
Requirements
- Completed university degree or several years of professional experience in Key Account/Partner Management or similar, ideally in member retention within an association.
- Strong skills in collecting and evaluating quality data.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and confident demeanor.
- Knowledge and experience in using digital systems for efficient process and measure design.
- Very good Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
- Several years of experience in data maintenance or CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics, HCL Notes, and Palturai).
- High degree of initiative, willingness to shape, and entrepreneurial thinking; proactively drive topics forward.
- Interest in economic policy issues and strong identification with the values of the association and the social market economy.
