About the Role

As Huel continues to expand rapidly across the US and beyond, we’re looking for a Production Planner to join our team. This role is a key part of our supply chain strategy, ensuring the right products are produced at the right time and materials are managed to keep everything in stock for our customers. You’ll work closely with our Demand and Materials Teams, plan production across US co-manufacturers and partner with Logistics to keep stock flowing seamlessly into distribution centers and retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production planning for a portfolio of finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor and communicate stock availability and finished goods supply risks to the wider business, resolving issues where possible.
  • Build strong, direct operational relationships with co-manufacturers, distribution centers, and storage partners to ensure optimal service.
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and implement changes to continuously improve supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain colleagues to ensure planned production is executed on time and in full, including planning for inbound material deliveries.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
  • Experience in the food & drink, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, or beauty & skincare industries is ideal.
  • Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite & Anaplan preferred) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working with external partners and/or suppliers.
  • Strong problem analysis and solving capability.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to think differently, push boundaries, set big goals, and embrace creativity and teamwork.
