About the Role
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and system projects within the Information and Digital Team. This role is crucial for delivering impactful projects that support organizational transformation and service delivery, focusing on system selection and implementation for housing and community services.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end system transformation initiatives across housing and community services.
- Lead the planning, management, and delivery of technology and system-related projects.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of system selection projects.
- Gather requirements for housing systems and community services client management systems.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligned to business priorities.
- Engage, influence, and guide stakeholders through change.
- Ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Adhere to enterprise governance frameworks.
- Manage vendors and external partners to deliver project outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Ideally PMI certification and strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies.
- Extensive experience delivering technology projects from concept through to completion.
- Proven experience leading system selection and implementation projects, including business case development.
- Demonstrated experience working within enterprise PMO environments, adhering to governance frameworks and reporting standards.
- Strong experience in change management within project delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Sound understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource optimisation.
- Experience within the Not-for-Profit (NFP), housing, or community services sectors (desirable).
- Familiarity with project tools such as Smartsheet (desirable).
- Experience delivering projects within community services or affordable housing environments (desirable).
- Successful applications will be subject to a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and police background check.
