About the Role
This role provides a rewarding entry point into an audiology career, supporting customers throughout their hearing journey while building the experience and qualifications needed to progress into clinical audiology within Boots Hearingcare.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with a professional welcome
- Conduct hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation
- Discuss hearing health and ear care products with customers
- Manage administration, appointments, and customer records
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C / 5 or above in Maths, English, and Science
- Strong customer service background in healthcare or retail
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice
- Confidence working in a consultative environment
