About the Role
An analyst is needed to join the Business Management team in London and Manchester, supporting the team in making WM UK a great place to work, assisting the CEO and Management team, and facilitating efficient business management.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Business Management activities.
- Create presentations for the Head of Business Management, Culture and Engagement.
- Contribute to the execution of internal business events, such as offsites and townhalls.
- Support the implementation and execution of business-wide initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis and report on findings.
- Track and produce regular reporting on business KPIs.
- Provide data for industry surveys, RFPs, and other requests related to business development.
- Support the production of internal communications and intranet maintenance.
- Assist the Business Management team in improving and cultivating the business culture.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks, including minute-taking and following up on action items.
Requirements
- 2:1 degree from a leading university or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain exceptional attention to detail under pressure.
- Proactive and able to drive tasks and projects forward.
- Highest levels of professional and personal integrity.
- Understands the need for discretion.
- Willing to challenge.
