About the Role
Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager for Cable Trenching and Network Expansion to join our Resilience team in Germany. This role is crucial for improving quality of life by tackling complex global challenges in the natural and built environment.
Responsibilities
- Technical and commercial project management in power and telecommunications network expansion (underground linear infrastructure).
- Technical guidance in civil engineering planning.
- Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Management of involved planning offices.
- Support with bids and direct customer contact.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering or comparable.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in complex projects, ideally in cable laying, distribution networks, network expansion, broadband, and line or route planning.
- Experience in permit management with authorities.
- Experience in deadline and cost tracking and associated reporting.
- Customer orientation, team and enthusiasm, flexibility.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
