About the Role

For our "Gesundheitscoaching" project in Berlin-Spandau, we are seeking coaches to support individuals with health impairments in developing viable professional prospects and integrating into the job market.

Responsibilities

• Individual clearing and identification of problem areas
• Intensive support and problem resolution
• Intensive and individual coaching
• Social pedagogical support and guidance
• Developmental counseling and individual case support
• Personality and behavior training
• Health coaching
• Guidance on stress and conflict management
• Accompanying clients to offices and authorities, connecting them with further support services, counseling centers, and medical/psychological care
• Assistance with application submissions
• Development of life and career perspectives
• Application and job coaching
• Coordination and continuous documentation of individual development plans
• Participation in regular team meetings and further training

Requirements

• Professional or university degree
• Professional experience working with individuals with health impairments
• Minimum of one year of professional experience
• Knowledge and experience in company personnel selection systems/criteria and human resources
• Relevant experience in application coaching
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard office and application software
