About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the production of video content for social media formats and CTV campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with creatives to develop brand-relevant content optimized for all platforms, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth execution across studio, set, and post-production.

• Liaise with account, creative, and post-production teams to balance creative vision, quality, and feasibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in producing social media and CTV content.
• Deep passion for social media, understanding of platforms and user behavior, and ability to derive recommendations for partners.
• Creative and organized, capable of conceptualizing ideas and managing budgets, timelines, and shooting days.
• Experience in leading, motivating teams, and maintaining overview in stressful situations.
• Established network in Berlin/Germany (beyond LinkedIn) for quick access to resources.
• Based in Berlin.
• Native-level German language proficiency.
• Business-fluent English language proficiency.
