About the Role

This is a People Manager/Leader role. As Senior Director, FP&A Service Delivery, J&SK Operating Unit, you will play a critical leadership role in enabling business decisions through high-quality financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights. You will lead a team across Japan and South Korea, responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial information that helps business leaders make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth. Your scope will span key areas of Financial Planning & Analysis, including Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance, and Financial Planning, covering metrics such as Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenue, Deductions, DME, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures, Working Capital, and Cash Flow. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of financial planning cycles, month-end close activities, actuals analysis, management reporting, business performance reviews, and ad hoc financial analysis. You will ensure that service delivery is executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with established governance and operating frameworks. You will partner closely with the FP&A Global Process Owner (GPO) team to continuously improve processes, simplify ways of working, and strengthen end-to-end financial capabilities. You will help shape how FP&A services are delivered across the organization while ensuring that business stakeholders receive the support and insights they need to achieve their objectives. This role leads a virtual organization consisting of seven company associates and a broader team of finance professionals from our managed service provider, Genpact. Success in this position will require strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed environment. You will work closely with leaders across the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit, Platform Services, Global Finance teams, Genpact, and other Finance Services functions, serving as a trusted partner who helps connect financial insights with business strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the end-to-end FP&A Service delivery of key services in the area of Commercial Finance, Marketing Finance and Financial Planning for the Operating Unit.
  • Collaborates and fosters relationships and partnerships with Centre, OU stakeholders, other OU Service delivery teams, the FP&A Global Process Owners and Genpact to ensure flawless delivery of service of the FP&A processes.
  • Ensures delivery of actionable information & insights to OU stakeholders.
  • Works with OU stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years of related work experience conducting and leading FP&A work.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Experience in FP&A work involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
  • Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.
  • Experience leading virtual teams.
  • Ability to understand and manage risk.
  • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.
