About the Role
Invicti Security is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic finance professional to join our global sales and operations teams. This role is crucial for driving growth by managing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating across departments. You will be a key problem solver, excelling in time management and communication, and invested in providing value to the team while achieving ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing and posting of incoming sales orders.
- Ensure accuracy of order forms and POs before invoice issuance.
- Follow up with clients regularly for payment.
- Issue monthly reports on aged debtors.
- Assist with reconciliations to ensure data entry accuracy between order processing and financial systems.
- Administer typical finance-related necessities such as postings, bank payments, and reconciliation.
- Manage debt collection.
- Perform other finance-related duties as necessary.
- Take on evolving duties and special projects aligned with the Finance Department's shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Ability to work in the Austin office 3 days a week.
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance or auditing role.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting systems.
- Ability to gather solution-driven insights from data and assume responsibility for them.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Superior time management and administrative skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to be effective working independently.
- Working experience with Salesforce is a plus.
