About the Role
Infoblox is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw. This role is key to establishing our new Centre of Excellence by leading full-cycle recruitment, building stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to support hiring for Infoblox’s growing Warsaw Centre of Excellence
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple levels and business units, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Technical Support, and other functions as the office expands
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to improve the efficiency, quality and consistency of the recruiting process
- Build strong talent pipelines for priority roles through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and branding
- Develop and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to optimize the effectiveness and consistency of the recruiting process
- Maintain clear, timely communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Use and continue developing AI enabled workflows to ensure ‘always on’ recruiting and to improve our talent processes and quality of hire
- Use data and market insight to inform hiring plans, highlight risks, and improve recruiting outcomes
- Establish scalable recruiting practices that support the long-term growth of the Warsaw site
- Engage in cross-functional staffing activities and projects, contributing to broader talent initiatives across Infoblox
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse roles and business units
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Experience within SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or broader technology company
- Proficient in using a variety of hiring tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and job boards
- Demonstrated experience building talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market research and creative search strategies
- Familiarity with using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing, assessment or productivity
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Other European languages beneficial
- Experience supporting recruiting programs across EMEA or international environments is preferred
