About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the operation of boiler units.
- Conduct walk-throughs, including inspection, maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting.
- Liaise with maintenance and supervise/control external companies.
- Implement specified boiler operating programs during regular operations.
- Safely isolate operational resources and units for maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor central plant parameters and maintain documentation.
- Support emergency response measures and operational safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes within power plant operations.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician).
- Qualification as a power plant operator.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience in operating energy, power plant, or industrial plants is advantageous.
- Technical understanding of measurement, control, and regulation technology.
- Reliable and safety-conscious work approach.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.
