Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution of a key product area within Money Flow, from ideation to execution.
  • Ensure alignment with the long-term product vision, balancing feature development, technical debt, and experimentation.
  • Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the product domain.
  • Manage the product backlog for the assigned area and achieve defined success metrics.
  • Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into functional money flows.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery through the full development cycle.
  • Gather client feedback, translating needs and opportunities into clear requirements.
  • Communicate feature updates, product decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Act as the go-to person for the product, proactively resolving queries and providing clarity to stakeholders.
  • Understand product architecture and technology stack, and speak to technical constraints impacting product development.
  • Drive and own day-to-day decision-making within the focused area with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new or junior members on processes, product, and payment contexts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accenture or Big4, specifically working on financial services or payments transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fintech or Bank working in the payment chain.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Product for a Fintech successfully launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distill a problem into its component parts.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, EFTs, ACH APIs implementation.
  • Understanding of payment flows, including corresponding banking, cards, or schemes.
  • Comfortable with product architecture and a solid understanding of the technology stack.
  • Ability to speak to technical constraints that impact product development.
