About the Role

This role is for a Real Estate Consultant within the Logistics & Industrial Leasing division, focusing on matching logistics facilities with tenants and providing comprehensive real estate solutions to corporate clients. The position offers growth opportunities within a globally established and innovative company, allowing you to enhance your market value.

Responsibilities

• Proposing property information that meets client needs.
• Gathering property information, making introductions, conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Advising on the content of lease agreements.
• Performing leasing management for entrusted properties.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics real estate sales.
• Possession of a regular driver's license.
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing brokerage (preferred).
• Experience in corporate sales (preferred).
• Connections in the logistics, warehouse, finance, or construction industries (preferred).
• Possession of a licensed real estate transaction agent qualification (preferred).

Salary/Compensations

• ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,500,000 per year
