About the Role
We are looking for "THE GOOD SOUL" for our branch in Xantener Straße in Charlottenburg, who, with heart, good humor, and empathy, ensures that processes in front of and behind the scenes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Expert advice on and sale of bandages, orthoses, compression supplies, and other aids
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Empathetic support of our customers - from the initial consultation to fitting
- Taking measurements and fitting compression stockings
- Close cooperation with the two colleagues from workshop & shop
- Receiving prescriptions and dispensing aids
- Cash register management and closing
Requirements
- Completed training as a retail salesperson, medical supply store salesperson, or healthcare administrator (m/f/d)
- Willingness to switch careers from retail or other areas of healthcare is welcome - the main thing is interest in the above-mentioned products
- Enjoyment and empathy in dealing with persons with health impairments
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Ability to organize daily tasks well
- Communicate openly, convey enjoyment in what you do – you are a colleague we look forward to seeing every day
