Responsibilities

  • Drafts legal documents, such as simple pleadings and correspondence, under close supervision.
  • Assists in organizing case files and ensuring that all necessary documentation is systematically maintained and is accessible.
  • Supports the discovery process by gathering and sorting documents, and preparing materials for review.
  • May attend court sessions and depositions to gain exposure to legal proceedings and support senior team members.
  • Handles administrative duties like scheduling meetings, preparing case summaries, filing, and managing documentation.

Requirements

  • No supervisory responsibility.
