About the Role
As a Business Process Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their goals and surpass their expectations by developing process-driven solutions that drive measurable results. You will gain a deep understanding of customer needs, leverage expertise in aligning processes to technology, and design, develop, and deploy custom solutions. You will analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend changes, and develop strategic visions for new business processes. You will also manage sales processes to maintain strong customer relations and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Recommend process changes, new technologies, or organizational changes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop large-scale strategic visions for business processes.
- Ensure new business processes align with strategic visions.
- Manage sales processes beyond day-to-day procurement.
- Maintain strong customer relations.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment with recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solution quality.
- Work with customers to solve complex transformation puzzles through technology.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience leading large transformational changes.
- Change management certifications: Prosci, ACMP, Kotter etc.
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM).
