About the Role
As a Full-Stack Product Engineer at Ideogram, you'll build products that put generative AI directly into the hands of creators. You will work across the entire stack, from crafting user experiences to optimizing backend systems, with a focus on shipping features users love. We seek individuals with product instinct, strong ownership, user empathy, and the ability to move fast in the evolving AI landscape.

Requirements
- Deep curiosity about generative AI and excitement about its potential to empower creators.
- Strong product intuition; think about user problems first, then architect solutions.
- Experience building features where AI is core to the user experience.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn open-ended problems into shipped features.
- Experience building and shipping full stack applications with real user impact.
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern web technologies.
- Ability to design APIs and data models that support evolving product needs.
- Use AI-native engineering tools to accelerate development velocity, debugging, and codebase comprehension.
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunities and drive them to completion.
- Operates with urgency and ships incremental value, iterating based on user feedback.
- Comfortable working with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment.
- Takes responsibility for outcomes, not just code.
- Can explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
