About the Role
This role is crucial for achieving sales targets within a designated region. It requires a deep understanding of market dynamics to develop and maintain effective business plans. The position involves demonstrating clinical, professional, and scientific knowledge of product indications and mechanisms of action, while also fostering patient-centric partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions. The role also includes planning and executing effective seminars to address territory challenges and proactively engaging with company management to improve product and market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Understand market principles impacting product sales and reflect them in business plans.
- Demonstrate clinical, professional, and scientific knowledge of product indications and mechanisms of action.
- Increase target physician engagement through flexible fieldwork.
- Lead the realization of a patient-centric partnership model including physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and medical institutions.
- Plan and execute effective seminars to resolve territory challenges.
- Proactively engage with company management to improve product and market strategies.
- Efficiently manage time, CRM, resources, and workload.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal members such as TLL, MKT, and MSL.
- Engage with healthcare professionals through multi-channels including F2F, web meetings, phone, and email.
- Communicate sincerely with team members to improve teamwork.
- Share success stories, knowledge gained from product information, and failure examples with other members to contribute to their success.
Requirements
- Possession of MR qualification.
- Over 5 years of experience as an MR (Medical Representative) in a pharmaceutical company.
- Over 3 years of experience in handling university hospitals and core hospitals.
- Over 3 years of specialized field experience.
- Willingness to travel for business, including overnight stays and weekend travel.
- Valid driver's license (excellent driver).
- Certification as a Medical Representative (MR Certification).
Skills
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in both independent and team environments.
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with specialists through scientific information provision as an expert in product and patient needs.
- Ability to propose treatments to specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) without hesitation.
- Ability to share knowledge and skills gained from providing product information and success/failure examples with other members.
