About the Role
As a Chloé Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, actively welcoming guests and acting as a trusted advisor to provide a seamless client experience while driving sales.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure efficient after-sales processes, proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with Richemont policies.
