About the Role
G.J. Gardner Homes Sydney Liverpool is seeking a driven New Homes Consultant to guide local clients through the process of building their dream home, from initial enquiry to final contract.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for families, helping them select the right design, land solutions, and customisations for their lifestyle.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, diligently following up on leads, answering enquiries, and closing deals.
- Utilise the display home to showcase building standards, craftsmanship, and design flexibility to prospective buyers.
- Be available to work Saturdays every week to meet clients and close deals.
Requirements
- A self-motivated professional with a genuine passion for property and a determination to succeed.
- The natural ability to connect with people, listen to their needs, and guide them comfortably through complex decisions.
- Prior experience in new home sales is a major plus.
- Candidates who understand the residential building process or have built their own home are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must live within the Sydney Metro within a reasonable commute to the office and display location.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems effectively.
- Willingness to be trained on the "G.J. Way" of selling.
- Personal experience going through the residential new build process is a plus.
