About the Role

This is a newly created role, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), where you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Office of the CMO. This is an on-site role, ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is confident using digital tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Support a digitally enabled executive office using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and emerging AI tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions for key medical governance committees.
  • Support doctor engagement communications including newsletters, memos and updates.
  • Assist with medico-legal and complaints processes, including preparing correspondence and legal liaison.
  • Track actions, timelines and deliverables across multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a complex environment.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills including confidence communicating with senior clinicians and executives.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and other digital platforms.
  • Interest in AI and technology-driven process improvement.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening committee meetings.
