Responsibilities
- Meet financial objectives (Orders, Sales, profit KPIs) in assigned territory.
- Facilitate accurate financial forecasting by managing CRM (SFDC) funnel.
- Develop territory management and call cycle plans based on business priorities and growth objectives.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Execute promotional events in assigned territory in cooperation with the MIC modality team and Marketing.
- Promote offerings relevant to each customer segment.
- Maintain a solid understanding of MIC segment solutions, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
- Perform product demonstrations/trials as needed.
- Provide voice of customer feedback to management, product leaders, service, and marketing.
- Lead and coordinate proposals, sales quotations, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure order and configuration quality at the point of entry.
- Track customer interactions in SFDC.
- Comply with GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Policy, Goals, and applicable laws/regulations.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training.
- Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action.
- Operate within Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies.
- Operate within Environmental Health Policies.
- Drive continuous improvement on related processes, work instructions, and procedures.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience and/or experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Well-developed listening, influencing, interpersonal and networking skills.
- High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
- Strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays.
- Willingness to travel to sales meetings and tradeshows.
- Valid motor vehicle license.
