About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of Sephora, welcoming clients with warmth and a passion for beauty. You will play a meaningful role in clients' confidence journeys through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise, educating clients on beauty products, techniques, and trends.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, supporting inventory and merchandising.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
- Uphold Sephora standards, following company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours (Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week, Part Time: 15-29 hrs/week, Flex: 4-14 hrs/week).
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
