About the Role

XTL is seeking experienced US AZ Drivers to haul to the East Coast from our Etobicoke, Ontario location. We offer a stable schedule allowing drivers to be home weekly, ensuring they don't miss out on important life events.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive tractors, moving freight safely and responsibly in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Comply with XTL Transport policies and procedures while working safely.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients as an XTL Driver Ambassador.
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately.
• Drive dedicated routes in collaboration with the dispatch team.
• Keep an activities e-log and log hours efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.

Requirements

• Valid AZ driver license (mandatory).
• 1 year of commercial Cross Border driving experience (mandatory).
• Clear Criminal search (mandatory).
• Clean Drive Abstract and CVOR (preferred).
• Fast Card (an asset).
