About the Role
We are in the final development phase of a new, highly scalable brand poised to disrupt the fitness market. We are seeking an operational Co-Founder to join us on this journey and build the premier destination for Hybrid Fitness in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Take charge and bring our shared vision to life.
- Build a functional, scalable organization.
- Take full responsibility for the physical opening of our first locations.
- Develop operational processes and playbooks for rapid scaling from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100 locations.
- Recruit, lead, and structure on-site teams (Studio Managers, Coaches, Operations) to foster high performance and enjoyment.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize studio operations and the customer journey.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a dynamic, high-pace environment.
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
