About the Role

We are looking for a fun, fired-up Team Lead who energizes the sales team, acting as a coach, cheerleader, and competitive spark to create an exciting, high-fiving, goal-crushing experience.

Responsibilities

• Curate the sales floor vibe by keeping energy high, laughs loud, and numbers climbing.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Openers in real-time by walking the floor, giving quick tips, celebrating wins, and helping people level up during the shift.
• Achieve aggressive sales targets and ensure the team does the same.
• Run fun sales contests, give out rewards, recognize top performers, and create healthy competition.
• Set the tone daily with personal work ethic, positivity, and sales skills, leading from the front.
• Transform typical sales days into memorable experiences.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of strong phone sales/call center experience with a proven track record of carrying a quota and winning.
• At least 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or supervising sales representatives.
• A proven track record of hitting or crushing sales goals.
• Natural ability to motivate people and maintain performance on slower days.
