About the Role
You will own and grow relationships with an established portfolio of clients across a mixed product portfolio and territory. This commercially focused role involves clear accountability for revenue growth, renewals, and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities
- Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase renewal value and volume
- Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and new product launches
- Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and customer value
