About the Role

Join our Professional Education team as an Enterprise Account Executive, responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of online education and certification solutions for legal professionals and organizations. This role focuses on selling enterprise learning solutions that support professional development, compliance, and workforce transformation. As part of a growing sales function, you will play a key role in building pipeline, shaping go-to-market strategy, and establishing long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our value proposition and clearly articulate how our solutions address client needs
  • Drive new enterprise sales across law firms, corporate legal departments, and professional services organizations
  • Expand subscriptions within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets across assigned accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of both net-new and expansion opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales engagements focused on team-based solutions and higher-value deals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through a combination of outbound efforts, inbound leads, and industry engagement
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for senior stakeholders (e.g., partners, CLOs, HR/L&D, compliance leaders)
  • Partner cross-functionally with business lead, marketing, product, and customer success to support pipeline development, conversion, and retention
  • Provide market and product feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams to support ongoing improvement and growth
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client workflows, challenges, and opportunities to deliver meaningful solutions
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings (some travel required)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, SaaS, or consultative sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into legal, professional services, or B2B environments
  • Strong consultative, solution-based selling approach
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building pipeline in evolving or early-stage sales environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Experience selling education, training, or certification solutions
  • Familiarity with legal industry dynamics and compliance requirements
  • Experience with enterprise-level or team-based sales models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
