About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Awards Marketing Manager to support the planning, promotion, and delivery of industry awards programmes from launch through to post-event communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for awards programmes, including email marketing, social media, website content, partnership activity, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and maintain awards platforms and event systems, including setup, category management, automated communications, and reporting
  • Monitor entry numbers, campaign performance, audience engagement, and sales activity, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with editorial, sales, design teams, sponsors, judges, and external partners to support campaign objectives and event success
  • Oversee audience data management and segmentation to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted
  • Respond to entrant queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the awards process
  • Support shortlist announcements, ticket sales activity, and post-event communications
  • Proofread and coordinate event-related materials including scripts, programme guides, and promotional collateral

Requirements

  • Background in B2B events, media, or awards marketing
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM, email marketing, and CMS platforms
