About the Role

As a Product Manager at Litera, you will drive innovation in the legal technology space by developing AI-forward solutions. You will collaborate with industry experts to deliver products that impact legal professionals globally, acting as the voice of the customer while aligning product strategy with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development and launch.

• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate concepts.
• Oversee go-to-market plans, including market research, pricing, and sales enablement.

• Monitor product performance and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new product opportunities.
• Manage product budgets to maximize ROI.
• Foster relationships with engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Communicate product strategies and progress to executives and board members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of bringing products to market or driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI and Large Language Model technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage up and influence executive stakeholders.
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Toronto, London, or Nottingham.
