About the Role
Join our team and help support the people who create music. We are looking for a working student for Label Services at Atlantic Records Germany in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Support the Label Management Team in daily business operations.
- Act as a liaison between your team, other internal units, and external partners.
- Assist Product Managers with creating essential documents and product information for upcoming releases.
- Maintain internal communication tools and product listings on partner platforms (streaming services & stores).
- Support the creation of internal presentations, reports, and product information.
- Assist in preparing and organizing meetings.
Requirements
- Be an enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Media Economics, Communication Sciences, or a similar field.
- Be proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other digital tools.
- Communicate fluently in German and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrate a meticulous, structured, proactive work style and strong organizational skills.
