About the Role
As an Associate Account Executive in the Philips ECG Solutions team, you will collaborate with assigned Account Executives to build relationships, drive sales growth, and achieve corporate goals within an assigned geographic sales region. This role offers coaching and mentorship with the goal of developing you into an Account Executive within 1-3 years.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives within an assigned geographic sales region.
- Build relationships and drive sales growth.
- In-service accounts on core service lines.
- Attain corporate goals and objectives within the region.
- Call on Primary Care Physicians, Internists, Cardiologists, and Electrophysiologists.
- Travel up to 75% to customer sites within the region, potentially including overnight travel.
- Manage vacant territories within the region as directed by the Regional Sales Director (RSD).
- Handle administrative matters for the region as directed by the RSD, including inventory management, issue resolution, and patient follow-up.
- Develop effective territory plans to maximize efficiency in servicing and developing accounts.
- Cultivate new accounts and obtain orders to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Communicate with sales management and various departments regarding competitive issues, territory status, and order status.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (B2B or medical) strongly preferred (internships included).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, innovation, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through ability.
- Team player with solid cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Coachable with the ability to manage change well.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment.

Salary/Compensations
- Total Target Earnings potential of $85,000 to $99,000 annually at 85% to 120% performance achievement, plus company fleet/car.
