About the Role
The Fulfillment team manages a multi-sided marketplace connecting Shoppers, Customers, and Retailers. This role focuses on maintaining marketplace health and reliability by balancing supply and demand through technology, data science, and operations. You will drive products that optimize order fulfillment, delivery reliability, and geographic coverage while managing complex challenges like supply/demand forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Drive products and systems to maximize order fulfillment and delivery reliability.
- Optimize efficiency and operational costs across the marketplace.
- Identify, scope, and launch AI/ML-powered products.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to execute product roadmaps.
- Influence stakeholders and customers through storytelling and empathy.
- Make informed trade-offs between various system architectures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related fields.
- Proven experience launching AI/ML-powered products.
- Understanding of data pipelines, model constraints, and ethical AI implications.
- General understanding of design and development systems and processes.
- Technical expertise to evaluate system architectures.
