About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to help chart the path forward for our innovative LegalTech platform. This role offers a high degree of autonomy in an early-stage, greenfield environment, collaborating closely with co-founders and engineers to shape a novel user experience and establish Sandstone's design culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and iterate on core product features.
- Own product work end-to-end, partnering with engineering to define problems, explore solutions, validate concepts, and ship product improvements.
- Set design standards, establish our design system and processes, and ensure a consistent product experience.
- Improve how customer feedback is solicited and incorporated directly into the product.
- Build our design team and culture from the ground up in collaboration with co-founders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship or success in an unstructured environment.
- Empathy to understand customer feelings and emotional intelligence to know what feels natural to them.
