About the Role
Provide high-quality reproductive healthcare, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. Serve as a medical resource and support licensed and non-licensed team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling.
- Support and empower licensed and non-licensed team members.
- Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements.
- Partner with a Case Management team for patient communication regarding lab results, referrals, and other care aspects.
- Perform IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, and Bartholin Cyst I&D.
- Prescribe Gender Affirming Hormone therapy (GAHT).
- Work in a supportive and professional nursing environment adhering to evidence-based protocols.
- Pursue continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
- Eager to work in an environment that supports the agency’s commitment to equity and belonging.

- Demonstrate compassion in providing patient care and supporting staff.
- Willing to assist with coverage when needed.
