About the Role
Longhorn Wine & Spirits is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Office & Operations Support Associate to manage daily warehouse and office tasks. This hands-on role involves a blend of order processing, inventory management, forklift operation, and data reporting to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Print and prepare daily orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment
- Assist with accurate and efficient order picking
- Support daily warehouse office tasks, paperwork, order flow, and communication
- Order materials and supplies for warehouse operations
- Operate a forklift safely to move products, pallets, and materials
- Use Excel to review inventory, track counts, identify discrepancies, and support reporting
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Research and report inventory issues, missing items, damaged goods, or stock discrepancies
- Organize warehouse areas, supplies, materials, and product locations
- Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and outbound order preparation
- Communicate with managers and team members to maintain workflow
- Assist with process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Forklift experience
- Basic Excel skills
- Ability to print, organize, and process warehouse orders
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company processes
- Must be able to work on-site in Austin, Texas
