About the Role
As marketing technologies capture complex multi-channel data, enterprise buyers require rigorous security, risk, and privacy evaluations. We are seeking a client-facing, technically proficient Security & Privacy Analyst for our Solutions Center of Excellence to bridge the gap between technical security expertise and commercial deal execution. You will have the backing of, and clear channels for interfacing with, our internal Security, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure our security posture is accurately and effectively communicated. This is a highly strategic pre-sales role that will directly impact revenue velocity by systematically unblocking security hurdles and building institutional trust with customers.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of technical security, data privacy, and compliance questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, NIST) submitted by enterprise prospects, delivering accurate, polished, and rapid turnarounds.
- Join pre-sales alignment calls as the subject matter expert to defend our infrastructure, encryption standards, data handling procedures, and compliance posture.
- Own, organize, and scale our technical RFP/security repository, ensuring it adapts to changing product capabilities and threat landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal Corporate Security, DevOps, Legal, and Product Engineering groups to synthesize complex technical architectures into customer-facing collateral.
- Develop self-service security packages, whitepapers, trust portals, and architectural diagrams to proactively address security inquiries.
Requirements
- Possesses a revenue-enablement mindset, viewing security compliance as a competitive differentiator.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented project manager capable of juggling multiple high-priority enterprise deals concurrently.
- Holding or actively pursuing relevant credentials such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CompTIA Security+, CISA, or CISSP is highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of blended experience spanning Solutions Consulting, Technical Pre-Sales, Information Security, or Technical IT Audit.
- Deep operational understanding of cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS architectures, API security, CDNs, data-at-rest/in-transit encryption, and identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Familiarity with marketing data flows (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs) is highly advantageous.
- Strong working fluency with global data protection laws and cybersecurity frameworks, specifically GDPR, CCPA, PIPA, and HIPAA.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate adversarial security reviews with diplomacy, commercial awareness, and authority.
