About the Role

Cumming Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Procore System Administrator to implement, maintain, train, improve, administer, and support the Procore platform for clients. This role ensures effective platform rollout to streamline project management, improve communication, and enhance efficiency, while providing technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing client site-wide roll out.
  • Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new client sites.
  • Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements.
  • Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
  • Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore.
  • Analyze project data and generate PowerBI and other reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation.
  • Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security.
  • Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Attend work during normal business hours.

Requirements

  • Proven experience administering construction project management software.
  • Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows and documentation.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  • Experience with software integration and customization.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Compensations

  • $95,000.00-$126,666.68 per year
