About the Role

Vyro is seeking a Community Manager to own the relationship with its creator community end-to-end. This role involves being the face of Vyro to creators, the voice of creators within Vyro, and driving community engagement through hype, training, and content creation. The position offers the opportunity to shape the creator platform's community strategy and scale with the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vyro Discord, driving daily engagement and channel strategy.
• Act as the human face of the brand for creators, appearing on camera and handling feedback.
• Host regular webinars, AMAs, and office hours for education and campaign-specific discussions.
• Build relationships with top creators and develop paths for others to advance.
• Produce educational content, including video tutorials and written guides.
• Clip source footage using AI tools to create sample cuts for community learning.
• Maintain a personal social media presence to amplify creators and build a voice.
• Energize the community for new brand campaign launches.
• Translate brand briefs into creator-friendly language.
• Track creator engagement with campaigns and provide insights to relevant teams.
• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound brands, fielding inquiries and qualifying leads.
• Proactively improve brand-side inbound processes.

Requirements

• Experience running a creator-facing community at scale.
• Experience in community leadership at a creator-economy platform or tools-for-creators company.
• Possession of a personal social media presence and willingness to use it actively.
• Charismatic and positive on-camera presence, comfortable hosting webinars.
• Ability to perform tasks such as editing clips and writing captions, utilizing AI tools.
• Willingness to engage in varied and new tasks, building playbooks live.
• Comfortable acting as a generalist, handling community, content, brand, and product-feedback responsibilities.
• AI-native approach to work, with integrated AI tools in content and community workflows.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Discord community growth, creator-tool ecosystems, or running ambassador programs.
