Contribute to the technical approach for teaching agents to understand and handle complex genomic data, working across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions. Collaborate with software engineers and biologists to build datasets for agent reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical approach for teaching agents to understand and handle complex genomic data.
- Work across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions.
- Collaborate with software engineers and biologists to build datasets for agent reasoning.
- Work on sequencing QC, alignment & assembly.
- Work on variant calling & filtering.
- Work on clinical variant interpretation.
- Work on population genetics and algorithmic reasoning.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with genomics or genetics data.
- Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
