About the Role

As an AI Product Manager, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Generative AI agentic solutions. Your mission is to reduce risk and cost in managing complex production environments. You will partner with engineering, production support, and application teams to translate operational challenges into a clear product vision and deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and safety. You will manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI systems, defining success metrics and translating user pain points into product requirements.
  • Guide the end-to-end product lifecycle for LLMs, establishing evaluation frameworks and prioritizing development for user needs in production operations.
  • Define and prioritize integrations with key runtime ecosystems, articulating the value proposition for automated diagnostics and analysis.
  • Collaborate with production engineers and application teams through user research to translate challenges into a prioritized AI product roadmap.
  • Establish and own the product framework for AI safety, reliability, and governance, defining policies and strategies with engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Define and monitor product SLOs and KPIs for cost, latency, and user satisfaction, prioritizing engineering efforts for performance optimization.
  • Own the product strategy for the RAG pipeline, defining knowledge scope, data quality requirements, and feedback loops for knowledge freshness.
  • Lead product design reviews, champion data-driven experimentation, and instill high-quality product management practices, mentoring peers on AI product management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • Approximately 10-15 years of overall experience, with a significant portion in product management.
  • Strong practical experience leading large, multi-team product initiatives, preferably for AI/ML or technical cloud-based products.
  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, and MLOps.
  • Ability to engage in deep technical discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with engineering teams, product managers, and end-users to understand workflows and create prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate product leadership without direct authority.
