About the Role

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Sales Executive in Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on selling Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP. It is a high-impact enterprise sales role suited to someone who can manage multiple opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and clearly position the value of SaaS and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and growth opportunities across assigned accounts and target customers
  • Sell Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP
  • Build, manage and progress a strong pipeline of enterprise SaaS opportunities
  • Run multiple concurrent deals with clear forecast discipline
  • Position the value of cloud solutions, including migration from on-premise environments
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, partners and internal teams
  • Lead opportunities through qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closure
  • Work closely with Solution Consulting, Services, Support, Marketing and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity information with clear forecast discipline
  • Support market visibility and go-to-market activity across the region

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong SaaS sales experience
  • Experience supporting customers moving from on-premise to cloud is preferred
  • Proven success in managing multiple concurrent deals
  • Partner management experience is preferred
  • Supply chain domain experience is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong commercial judgement and sales discipline
  • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and complex buying groups
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
