About the Role
Manhattan Associates is seeking a Sales Executive in Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on selling Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP. It is a high-impact enterprise sales role suited to someone who can manage multiple opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and clearly position the value of SaaS and cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and growth opportunities across assigned accounts and target customers
- Sell Manhattan’s Active products, including WMS, MAO, TMS and SCP
- Build, manage and progress a strong pipeline of enterprise SaaS opportunities
- Run multiple concurrent deals with clear forecast discipline
- Position the value of cloud solutions, including migration from on-premise environments
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, partners and internal teams
- Lead opportunities through qualification, solution positioning, negotiation and closure
- Work closely with Solution Consulting, Services, Support, Marketing and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity information with clear forecast discipline
- Support market visibility and go-to-market activity across the region
Requirements
- 8–10 years of enterprise software sales experience
- Strong SaaS sales experience
- Experience supporting customers moving from on-premise to cloud is preferred
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent deals
- Partner management experience is preferred
- Supply chain domain experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong commercial judgement and sales discipline
- Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and complex buying groups
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
