About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer or an established Installation Crew to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering world-class residential HVAC installations while upholding our reputation for excellence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Complete HVAC system installations efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer service standards.
  • Diagnose AC and heating system issues and provide professional recommendations.
  • Train and mentor assigned helpers.
  • Perform equipment removal and installation.
  • Execute duct repair and replacement including fiberglass, flex, and metal.
  • Perform soldering, venting flues, and refrigerant leak detection.
  • Charge, recover, and reclaim refrigerant.
  • Measure refrigeration system parameters including gas pressures and temperatures.
  • Calculate static and CFM delivery.
  • Perform basic framing, roofing, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
  • Maintain a quality control inspection pass rate of 90% or higher.
  • Actively contribute to generating 5-star customer reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of residential installation experience.
  • Strong communication, listening, and diplomacy skills.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills through training.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures.
  • Experience in duct system component fabrication and installation.
  • Proficiency with duct tools and testing/balancing equipment.
  • Possession of necessary hand tools.
  • EPA Certification for refrigerant.
